Accountant-cum-MIS in charge job at Fresh Foundation

Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification: Graduate in Commerce

Required Maximum age limit: 32 Years.

Total experience: Minimum 2 years (Fresh graduates with excellent academics may apply)

Preference to candidate with knowledge and experience in TALLY.

Skills Required:

• Computer Skills – Good working knowledge in MS Office environment.
• Language Skills –Good writing and oral skills in both English and Hindi.

Remuneration Rs. 12,000-16,000/- with performance based annual increment is to be provided along with TA/DA as per norms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Accountant-cum-MIS in charge will look after every aspect of Finance, HR and IT.
• To maintain and update all prescribed Registers/ Cash book/ Bank ledger/ Stock register/ Sales Purchase register/ Cheque issue etc.
• To Reconcile the Bank Pass Book with Cash book and Bank Ledger.
• To maintain Database.
• To maintain both online and offline MIS data of Producer Company.
• All HR related activities and look after maintenance of all office items, building etc.
• To assist the Project Manager with every aspect of operation in the administration and also shoulder responsibility as and when required by him/ her.
• To produce all relevant documents/vouchers/registers etc. before Auditor at the time of Auditing of Accounts.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
