The role of Business Development Executive involves sourcing in acquisition, sale and leasing of Residential & Commercial Real Estate transactions. The Business Development Executive will engage with Buyer and Seller for buying and selling of real estate portfolios in multiple localities. This position is also responsible for bringing new clients by digital channels and directly engaging with potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Procuring new clients through Online Portals, News Paper Adds, word-of-mouth, and digital marketing activities.

· Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.

· Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

· Staying informed about competing products and services.

· Upselling products and services.

· Researching and qualifying new leads.

· Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

· Required to travel within city based on the business needs.

Required Candidate profile:

· Previous experience in call center/sales position preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Facebook Adds & online real estate portals.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

· Kannada, Hindi & English Language mandatory.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Strong listening and sales skills.

· Ability to achieve targets.

Additional Details:

Salary – 16k-22k + Performance linked Incentives

Work Type – On Roll, Work form Office

Office Location – Byatarayanapura, Sahakaranagar,Bangalore

Office Timings – 10AM to 6PM

Work Days – 6 Days

FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
