Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Exclusive experience on job portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiver, or Guru.
  • Practice lead generation through mediums LinkedIn.
  • In-depth knowledge of In-bound sales.
  • Drive sales activities within our organization to bring onboard clients from all business sectors.
  • Implement strategic ways to generate leads using online portals and directories.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in mobile application development and web technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Negotiation and Persuasion skills are a must in order to close deals.
  • Should be familiar with requirements gathering, writing business proposals, and preparing estimation breakdowns after coordinating with tech teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
