Business Development Executive (IT Training) Job description
We require candidates who have experience in IT Training sector We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our organization. As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process and promoting our IT Training courses to potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects through phone calls and effectively pitch our offerings, aiming to achieve optimal results.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and engage them in meaningful conversations about our IT Training courses.
2. Respond to all incoming queries in timely & professional manner
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. 4. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Utilize effective sales techniques and persuasive communication skills to convert leads into customers.
6. Should be able to articulate value of the trainings to B2C client and maintain high conversion ratio.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively close deals.
4. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. 5. A passion for the IT industry and the ability to understand and articulate the value of our IT Training courses.
