Desired Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduate/Graduates with or without any prior experience.
• Should possess good communication skills in Malayalam with decent English.
• Should be comfortable working from office in rotational shifts (24\*7 & 6 days working ).
• Demonstrates strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle Outbound/inbound calls from the customers
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solution
• Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
