Desired Candidate Profile:

Undergraduate/Graduates with or without any prior experience.
Should possess good communication skills in Malayalam with decent English.
Should be comfortable working from office in rotational shifts (24\*7 & 6 days working ).
Demonstrates strong customer service orientation.
Ability to effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle Outbound/inbound calls from the customers
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solution
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
