What you'll do:
Outbound and Inbound calls handling for sales and customer escalations.Customer chat handling.Ensure 100% compliance as per the process guidelines.Handle customer queries and provide information about the product.Manage and resolve customer queries.Maintain records of the conversationsRequired Profile:Strong command over English, Hindi.Knowledge in telesales and tele-marketing.Prior experience in customer support would be preferred.Should be comfortable working in dayshift.Should be available for immediate joining.
