We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the ecommerce operations to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

he responsibilities of the candidate will include:

  • Perform tasks like Product listings, A+ content creation, Buy Box Tracking, etc.
  • Resolve customer issues by coordination and research and maintain a complete record of all issues.
  • Optimize the delivery lifecycle
  • Managing customer order activity through the order fulfillment cycle.
  • Keeping inventory updated correctly across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with USA-based warehouse to get an accurate inventory.
  • Send detailed MIS to stakeholders.
  • Manage the overall operation of the ecommerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration and execution of ecommerce strategies.
  • Upload and maintain accurate product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant information.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and coordinate with suppliers or internal teams to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Process customer orders, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and coordinate with shipping partners to meet delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize the ecommerce platform for improved user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and checkout process.
  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics, such as sales conversion rates, website traffic, and customer behavior, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce operations and implement innovative strategies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address technical issues, perform testing, and ensure the overall stability and security of the ecommerce platform.
  • Continuously monitor and improve ecommerce operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in an online retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Proficient in managing product listings, inventory systems, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and managing customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce analytics and reporting tools to track and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data integrity and high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
