Job Description:

We are seeking a Field Sales & Marketing Officer (Outdoor Sales) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing existing accounts, and driving sales of our products in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Ø Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis thru daily field sales

Ø Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Ø Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Ø Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Ø Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them

Ø Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns

Ø Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends

Ø Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as needed

Ø Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Ø Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

Ø Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ø The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ø Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ø The ability to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
