Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying potential customers and promoting lending products and services.
  • Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable lending solutions.
  • Check customer original documents like KYC, Current organization documents, Bank statement.
  • Verify customer house location and company location.
  • Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions based on the company's credit policies and risk appetite.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • Monitor the performance of the company's lending portfolio and take action to mitigate credit risk.
  • Work with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of the loan portfolio.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service in the financial services industry, preferably in an NBFC.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products and services, credit policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
