Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying potential customers and promoting lending products and services.
- Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable lending solutions.
- Check customer original documents like KYC, Current organization documents, Bank statement.
- Verify customer house location and company location.
- Evaluate loan applications and make credit decisions based on the company's credit policies and risk appetite.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- Monitor the performance of the company's lending portfolio and take action to mitigate credit risk.
- Work with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of the loan portfolio.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and customer service in the financial services industry, preferably in an NBFC.
- Strong knowledge of lending products and services, credit policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
