Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
• Talking staff face-to-face via remote connection or over the internet to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Replacing parts as required;
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• Working continuously on a task until completion;

Technical Skills:-

Implementation, configuration, management and/or troubleshooting of the following technologies:
Remote Desktop Services (Multi-Server Farm w/ Secure Gateway)
Active Directory and Group Policy
SSL Certificates, firewalls, Lan, Basic router and switch configurations

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
