JobBox Technologies Private Limited. (“JobBox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of its Users (“User,” “your,” or “you”). This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use JobBox's platform (the “Platform”) through JobBox's mobile application (the “App”) or visit JobBox's website at https://ablejobs.co/ (the “Website”).
JobBox is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users whose information is collected and stored while using JobBox's Platform, App, or Website.
The capitalized terms have the same meaning as ascribed in our Website and Application Terms of Use and Employer Terms of Service and Student Terms of Service, unless otherwise noted here.
JobBox provides the Platform on the App for job seekers (“Students”) which (i) enables the Students to upload their resumes and to review job openings posted on the Platform by various companies (“Employers”) and (ii) allows the Students to connect with Employers about the job openings posted on the Platform (collectively the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR PLATFORM, WEBSITE, AND THE APP, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE WITH THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED HEREIN. 2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Account Information. When you register to use our Platform or when you create an account, we will collect your Personal Information. We may also collect information that does not personally identify you such as (i) your geo-location, (ii) your number stored in a cookie, (iii) IP address of device or processor identifier, and (iv) information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Platform, Website, or the App and usage details.
Financial Information. We currently do not collect or store any credit cards or bank information, as we are using a third-party payment processor. However, we will update this Privacy Policy when we start using and storing such information. We will also inform you via reasonable means if we start collecting such information from you.
3. HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?

At registration on our Platform, Website, and/or the App;
In email, text, and other electronic messages between User and our Platform, Website, and/or the App;
Through mobile and desktop applications User downloads from the Google Playstore, which provides dedicated non-browser based interaction between User and our Platform, Website and/or the App;

From forms filled out by User;

We actively prevent third parties from getting access to the Personal Information of Users that we store and/or process on our Platform, Website, App, and servers. We accept payment by credit card through a third party credit card processor on our behalf. We will implement reasonable security measures every time you access our Platform, Website, and the App.
7. DATA SECURITY MEASURES.
Security Measures. We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a Password for access to certain parts of our Platform, Website, and/or the App, you are responsible for keeping this Password confidential. We ask you not to share your Password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Message Contact. Access your phone contacts; send promotional messages about us and our Services to your phone contacts; modify the phone contacts.
Email Responses. Reply to your queries at your provided email address upon receiving a query email to students@ablejobs.co. Send your resume via email to employers who view you as a potential hire.
Access, Modify or Delete Media Files. Read the contents on your Mobile device such as your photos, media, and other files and record audio using your microphone; modify or delete photos, media, and other files on your Mobile Device.
Modify or Delete the Contents of USB Storage. Read the contents of your USB storage; modify or delete the contents of your USB storage.
Internet, Network Connections, and Network Access. Receive data from the internet; view network connections; obtain full network access; run at startup; and prevent your device from sleeping.
8. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Disclosure of Personal Information.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer Personal Information to others, unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include our hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our Platform, Website, and/or the App, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

9. GOOGLE ADSENSE AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses Cookies to serve advertisements to Users on our Platform, Website, and the App. Google uses first-party Cookies, such as Google Analytics Cookies, to compile data regarding User interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our Platform, Website, and the App. We currently use Google Analytics to collect and process certain Website and the App usage data. We have implemented advertising features on our Website, App, and Platform including: (a) remarketing with Google AdSense; (b) Google Display Network Impression Reporting; (c) Google Demographics and Interests Reporting; and (d) Google’s DoubleClick platform integration.
We use these Cookies to compile data regarding User interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our Website.
10. TERRITORIAL RESTRICTION
Our Platform, Website and the App are only available for use and download inside the Indian Territory. Our Services, Platform, Website, and/or the App are available for use or download by Indians residing in India. If you are a resident of India, you must comply with this Privacy Policy.

JobBox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event we modify this Privacy Policy, such modifications shall be binding on you only upon your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy. We will inform you about the modifications on our Privacy Policy page via email, or on our Platform, Website and/or the App by posting a modified version of the Privacy Policy page, or by a comparable means within a reasonable time period. Your continued use of our Website and/or the App shall constitute your consent to such changes.

The contents of this website may not be reproduced partially or fully, without due permission from JobBox as per the Copyright Act, 1957. If referred to as a part of another publication, the source must be appropriately acknowledged. The contents of this website cannot be used in any misleading or objectionable context.
14. NOTICE TO NON-INDIAN USERS
If you are located outside India, you should be aware that your personally identifiable information will be transferred to India, the laws of which may be deemed by your country to have inadequate data protection. If you are located in a country outside India, and voluntarily submit personally identifiable information to us on our Platform, Website and/or the App, you thereby consent to the general use of such information as provided in this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of that information to, and/or storage of that information in India or another country where our servers are located.
15. GOVERNING LAW
Our Platform, Website, and the App are published by JobBox and are governed by all laws applicable within the territory of India including the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008; the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011; Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Act, 1997, and the Copyright Act, 1957.
16. ARBITRATION
You and we agree that all disputes with respect to this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, the Student Terms of Service, the Employer Terms of Services, our Services, the App, and the Platform (collectively “Disputes,” shall be resolved through mandatory, binding arbitration, which shall be governed under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. As such, you and we agree to waive our respective rights to have any and all Disputes arising from or related to this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, the Applicants’ Terms of Service, the Employers’ Terms of Service, and/or your use of our Website, App, or Platform, resolved in a court. Instead, you and we agree to arbitrate Disputes through binding arbitration (which is the referral of a Dispute to one or more persons charged with reviewing the Dispute and making a final and binding determination to resolve it instead of having the Dispute decided by a judge in court). We agree that the arbitration will be held in Bangalore, India.
